Online filing fees in the official currency. Euro equivalents are approximate, using the dated rate shown.
Options: EUIPO notification responses (Essential) €100 excl. VAT; AI logo €10, AI + designer €100 excl. VAT. Official fees are indicative and may change: the form's quote prevails.
Payment processing is included in our service fees for every payment method. Any currency conversion fees charged by Stripe or your bank remain separate.
How filing times are counted: filing times (J+0 to J+7) are counted in business days (Monday to Friday) from receipt of your complete request. Saturdays and Sundays do not count: a request received on a weekend is counted from the following Monday. Example: J+2 for a request received on Thursday = filed by Monday.
Our fees and official fees: two separate amounts
Our fees pay for our work. Official fees go to the office and depend on the territory and number of classes. Both are shown separately in the quote. The table above is calculated with the same rules as the form.
Execution times
J+0, J+1, J+2, J+3 or J+7: the time, in business days (Monday–Friday), within which our team files your application from receipt of a complete file. After that, the time to registration depends only on the office's procedure.
Included / not included
- Included: filing with the office, search according to the offer, official status tracking in “My files”.
- Responses to EUIPO notifications: included in Compliance and Comprehensive; paid option in Essential.
- Not included: defending or filing an opposition, appeals, renewal, countries outside the four territories.
Information and documents to prepare
- Exact identity of the owner (and registration number for a company).
- Billing details if different.
- The mark's name; for a logo: JPEG file of at least 2,835 × 2,010 px, 2 MB max.
- List of goods and services, or a description of the business.
- If you claim priority: number, date and country of the first filing (less than 6 months old).
What we do not promise
No registration time or outcome is guaranteed: they depend on the office and third parties. Refund conditions are those of our terms of sale; this guide adds none.
FAQ
Are prices excl. VAT?
Yes, our fees are shown excluding VAT. Official fees are not subject to our discounts.
Are there additional payment fees?
Payment processing is included in our service fees for every payment method. The euro amount is shown before payment. If Stripe offers a local currency, the choice is optional and its conversion fees are shown before confirmation. Your bank may apply its own fees.
Does the firm code reduce official fees?
No, only our fees.
Why a price in USD or RMB?
For information only, at the ECB rate of the day. Invoicing stays in euros.
