2. Regulated profession
Advice and representation before INPI and other offices are provided by YAMARK. Ms Claire Yam is a French industrial property attorney on the list kept by INPI and a member of the CNCPI, subject to the French Intellectual Property Code (art. L.422-1 et seq.) and the profession's code of ethics (cncpi.fr).

3. Hosting
Site and data hosted by Lovable (Lovable Labs Incorporated) via Lovable Cloud, on infrastructure in the EU or offering equivalent safeguards (standard contractual clauses). Website: lovable.dev.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, guides, logos and the GIG-YAMARK mark are protected. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited. Logos generated for clients are assigned to them under the order terms.
5. Liability
Guides are for information only and are not legal advice. Registration times are indicative: only the offices decide on registration.
6. Personal data
Joint controllers: YAMARK SARL and GIG Inventions Sàrl (details above). Purposes: handling filing requests, invoicing, correspondence with offices, trademark monitoring and legal obligations. Legal bases: contract performance, legal obligations (accounting: 10 years), legitimate interest (security, partner firm verification).
Data filed with offices (owner name and address) becomes public in their registers. Recipients: the firms, the offices (INPI, EUIPO, UKIPO, IPI) and our technical processors (hosting, email, Twilio phone verification). Switzerland benefits from an EU adequacy decision.
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: write to contact@yamark.eu. You may complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or the Swiss FDPIC (edoeb.admin.ch).
8. Mediation and disputes
